Warm Up

Treadmill Set to .05 incline...brisk walk, 5 min

Upright Bike, 1 mile

Part A)

Choose wieghts tha allow you to complete your set within 30 seconds. Much Faster than that, it's too light. Keep your form impecable, do not go so heavy that you get sloppy. Adjust as needed to complete the reps.

Every Minute on the Minute for 12 minutes:

Minute 1

Minute 2

Minute 3

....Start again at the top and repeat until minute 12

Part B)

4 ROUNDS:

14 Sit Ups to scale sit ups, place a folded yogo mat under your back. Still need assistance, anchor your feet.

400 meter TREADMILL run. Set incline on .05 - Do not subsitute the eliptical for the treadmill UNLESS the doctor actually prescribes it...Even if you are not a runner, or you hate running or any other excuse you can think of. YOU are STRONGER than your EXCUSES!!

Push the pace, your goal is to complete your run in less than 3 minutes.

Record total time to complete all 4 rounds of Part B
