GET WARM:

Uphill Treadmill Walk

3.5 speed

Start at incline 1 and increase by 1

every minute until 10 minutes is complete

3 super sets

Leg Press x 12

Calf Press x 20

Rest 60 sec. between super sets

3 super sets

Hamstring Curl x12

Leg Extension x 12

Rest 60 sec. between super sets

3 super sets

Hoist Machine Mid Row x 15

Dips, use Hoist Machine assisted if needed x 10

Rest 60 sec. between super sets

3 super sets

Hoist Machine Chest Flies x 15

Pull Ups, use Hoist Machine assisted if needed x 10

Rest 60 sec.between super sets

3 Super sets

Decline Sit Ups x 15

Back extensions x 15

Rest 60 sec. between super sets
